Kochi Municipal Corporation has set the approved maximum rate for septage collection at ₹4,500 per load under the Septage Management & Maintenance Bylaw 2022. We operate under License KMCSW2025133 and charge at or below that rate.

How “a load” is defined
A load is one full tanker visit. Our Mahindra vacuum tanker (KL-45-L-9677) has a below 6000L capacity — approximately 5,000 litres of usable collection space. A standard residential septic tank in a Kerala home holds 4,000–6,000 litres of waste when full; one load usually completes the cleaning.
Larger tanks, long-overdue tanks with compacted sludge, or homes needing both septic tank and soak pit cleanup may require multiple loads. We tell you the expected load count on arrival, after assessing the tank — never after starting work.
